Terrible follow up and no solution
CB2 goes through a 3rd party (Fragile Pack) for out of town deliveries. It's taken nearly a month for the product to ship.
The delivery date was rescheduled twice via email during this time. They arrived at my business after hours, despite my consistently ignored requests for a call or time frame, and refused to wait beyond 15 minutes for my arrival. (It took me 18 minutes to arrive back at my place of business, only to find that they had left). No one knows when I'll receive my office furniture.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid CB2 at all costs, if you're shipping out of town.

Well my review is that I was told I get a $20 certificate by referring a friend who would buy a product that he would get 15% off. When I contacted Cb2 customer service no one had any idea what I was talking about I spoke to several people and I got frustrated and just gave up

Lies, lies, lies... I placed an order of 6000 USD on the CB2 website, makings sure that everything I selected was in stock.
I have been planning this purchase for several days.
All the products I had in my cart where in stock and are showing as "In stock and ready to ship" at this very moment on the public product page.
During checkout, I checked multiple times for the delivery dates, and everything said it would be delivered in April.
I complete the order, and then get an email suddenly listing all my items as "Out of stock" expected in 6 months...
I first thought this was a mistake, as even right now it says that all those items are in stock on the website.
So I log into my account and check the order, and the majority of the items all say they would be delivered in 6 months.
I am currently talking to support, they already referred me to 5 different agents, all saying "We are sorry that the information shown is not correct, the system doesn't seem to be up to date".
Let me clarify this for you: The system is showing "Incorrect information" on the public product page. The one that customers see before they place an order.
Yet, on the "Order page" on the exact same website, the information is "Up to date" and it shows that none of the products that you just orders are in stock!
I made a collage showing screenshots of the product pages and the order pages of all these items to show what I mean.
This isn't a mistake, this is a complete scam!

- Joining their mailing list triggers 7 unsubscribe texts over a month.
- Emails still arrive after blocking or marking as spam.
Dont EVER get on their mailing list bc itll take multiple texts (7 different people over a month) to try to get off all while their CS agents confirm that youre off. But youll still get their emails even when you try blocking their email address or moving into your spam folder. Not worth the time and headache IMO

When I purchased the sofa, I expected my sofa to be delivered early April. I desperately need a sofa before May 2nd.
With your promise of meeting my wanted delivery date, I chose a white sofa, which was the only one in stock, even though I didn't like the color.
Now, when I called customer service, the lady said she is not sure when the sofa would be delivered and told me to cancel the order if I wanted to. The lack of an effort to show care and provide help to me, a customer, is extremely annoying and disappointing.

- Promotion sent by text wasn't the one I called about.
- She will speak to a supervisor to locate the correct sectional promotion and call back.
The assistant was able to speak to a manager to obtain promotion that was sent via text but this was not the one I called about.
She said she would speak to another supervisor and see if they could find the correct sectional promotion and call me back.
So far no second call with a new link to the sectional promotion.
She did try and I am grateful for that.

- Delivery was messed up after a 3-week wait and small compensation.
- We must wait 2 more weeks for the bed piece and a huge box fills half the room.
They messed up on a product delivery we had been waiting for 3 weeks then did very small to compensate the stress and trouble they caused. Now we have to another 2 weeks to receive the correct piece of our bed so we can mount it up and start using. Ohhh meanwhile there is a huge box occupying the half of our room!!!

- Expensive media console broke in under two years.
- Today it broke again; a replacement promised by the delivery man never arrived after almost 3 months.
Paid a ton of money for media console which is completely broken less than two years later. I hardly even touch the thing I went to open it today and it completely broke.
When I first purchased it I noticed that it was broken and I informed the delivery man and he said I can call them and get a new one but I was waiting for it for almost 3 months so I didn't call. Now I have a broken media console

Im a designer - opened a CB2 credit card spent money / but then had to cancel the order. Once you pay by CB2 credit card they can only refund you on your next purchases.
I spent $2,000 !! Basically they are hijacking my money until I spend it at their facility.

- Caller is in another state.
- Neither Corporate nor the SF store answered.
I called your San Francisco store and was given the run around as there was a fraud on my account. I live in a different state and someone tried to charge my account for your furniture.
Neither your Corporate NOR the San Francisco store where the charge was made answered at all. This is a disgusting way to do business.
